•  Dear Students,

Welcome to room 205! I'm thrilled to be your fourth grade teacher. This is my fifteenth year at Skyline Elementary and my seventh year as a 4th grade teacher. During my first six years at Skyline I taught in the Learning Center.

I am originally from Annapolis, Maryland. I moved to San Diego during the summer of 2006 after graduating from University of Delaware with my degree in Elementary Education. While teaching, I went back to school and received a master's in Special Education from California State University, San Marcos in May 2010.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my son, Dexter.  I also enjoy going on long walks and doing yoga. I love to travel in and out of the country. Some of my favorite places include Austin, Hawaii, New Zealand, Chile, and Costa Rica.

It is my goal to provide the necessary support and guidance each student needs to find a lifelong love of learning. I look forward to getting to know each of you this school year!

    Sincerely,
    Ms. Baca
